Cancel a purchase or request a refund
Use this route for cooling-off requests, ordinary refund questions, and guarantee verification. Do not include DigiD credentials, BSN, or sensitive documents in the first message.
What to include
Make the request easy to identify.
If you paid for a service, include your name, order email, payment date, service purchased, and whether you are cancelling during the cooling-off period or requesting guarantee verification.
