“ If we mark your file as SubmitReady, you submit the same information and documents we reviewed, and DUO fully rejects your student finance application, we refund your SubmitReady fee. ”
A full rejection means DUO grants none of the student finance components that we marked you as ready to apply for. A lower amount, partial approval, delay, or a change caused by income, parental income, work status, or changed circumstances is not a full rejection.

The guarantee applies when
- You submitted the exact documents and information reviewed by SubmitReady.
- You did not change, omit, or add conflicting information after our review.
- All information you gave us was truthful and complete.
- You followed the written SubmitReady Report.
- The refund covers only the SubmitReady service fee, not expected DUO money.
The guarantee does not cover
- Government processing delays or requests for more information
- Partial approvals or lower-than-expected amounts
- Eligibility changes after the review
- Missed deadlines, work or income changes
- Parental income outcomes
- Documents or facts not shared with SubmitReady
